Ancient Egypt
LOCATION:
Eygpt is along both sides of the Nile River.It is west of the Red Sea and east of the Sahara Dessert. Also the Mediterranean Sea is the northen tip of Egypt and the end of the Red Sea is the southern tip.
CLIMATE:
From April-November the temperatures go above 110 degrees fahrenheit. from December-March the winds give intense heat.

The Great Sphinx
A great sculpture with the head of a man and the body of a lion, that serves as a guard for the tombs of pass kings.
The Great Pyramid
The best known and most magnificent pyramid of all the Egyptian Pyramids.
The Step Pyramid
The first pyramid made of six layers of mastabas that decreases size in each layer. These step pyramids were the first pyramids made, later on the Egyptians started smoothing out the sides.
